Confirmation for day visits & website

Hi SanParks I booked gate passes but have not received any confirmation from you but according to my bank statement, it were successful. Can you please supply me with feedback. I also made a double booking since I did not get any notification can we resolve this problem.

Regarding your web site when login in. There is no status that you are logged in can you also work on that.
