Chasing refund for almost 5 months

Hello<br> <br> I'm still chasing a refund for a booking from March/April. This is almost 5 months ago! I'm told the refund was finally approved in June, but it still has not hit my account. Nor has anyone had the courtesy to reply to any followup emails or online enquiry forms that I've submitted (hence my attempt to contact you via HP).<br> <br> It pertains to booking at KTP (see private info below for booking reference)<br> <br> Come on guys! I'm normally a strong supporter of yours and have made literally dozens of bookings. Please get it together!<br> <br> Please could you let me know when this will be finalised. (Or better still - have it finalised!)<br> <br> Many thanks
