Bunch of Roses for Johannesburg office of SanParks

I made a booking with Johannesburg Office of SanParks ( I always use them because they are so efficient, helpful and diligent). It was complicated and I had to make changes. All three women I dealt with were incredibly efficient, helpful and competent. One even offered to phone me back and took my number - now that is a first for a large bureaucracy. I cannot be more complimentary of their service. I remain so impressed. You get through quickly on the phone and they all know exactly what they are talking about. Well done to you all and congrats on the GREAT service.
