Booking failed

The worst service ever from Sanparks Augrabies Falls. Reserved and booked the Klipspringer hiking trail. Send numerous emails and asked for responses and to make a deposit. A week later, after me calling asked for assistance on the matter, they informed me there is another booking and can no longer accommodate us. This could be prevented if their personnel actual done their job and respond to guests emails and bookings on time. This is totally unacceptable.
