BAD service; Money debited from my credit card. No booking.

I booked and paid for a reservation on Sunday (16th August) for Kruger Park,, after which my credit card has been debited for the full amount and yet I have no booking! There is nothing on their website reflecting any processed booking but they have my money! Trying to get in touch with them on their call centre and the phone just rings. Unacceptable!
