Bad service

I am A WildCard owner and every year when ever I want to renew my card . there is a problem with there website not recognizing my credentials although they send me adverti*****ts on my email. Sanparks is now taking more then 14 days to rectifying it. With simple questions like whe dont now what you want even when I send them a screenshot of my login
