Absolute BS!!

I needed a refund for the tickets booked for the sunset game drive as this is my first time and I booked under Kruger gate not realizing it is 2hours and 20 min away from where we are staying 🙁I was horrified when a friend of mine pointed that out to me. It was not on purpose and i used my last extra money to book this trip 🙁 Please if you can kindly refund me.

I was of course denied (Im sure you make a lot of extra money this way)

But now

Not only have I lost over a R1000 now i cant find my second paid booking either!!

What the hell guys???
