5 star service from Sanparks booking

The booking office has been absolutely fantastic! Miss Reshoketswe Mothibi was the friendly, helpful & efficient person who helped us. We had a hard-won booking in April for our 1st visit to Kgalagadi and were devastated that we couldn't go due to the lockdown. We couldn't reach them by telephone during level 5 but got a reply to our email in level 4 assuring us that we have credit for the amount paid and could rebook. The new booking was seemless and exactly what we asked for. We're looking forward to our visit and want to thank Miss Mothibi. Well done Sanparks!
