Worst service

I work in the medical field dealing with medical accounts, SamwuMed is the worse company I have ever dealt with. They do not answer phones and if you eventually get through the consultants are rude and unhelpful. I feel very bad for their members as their accounts end at legal department/debt collectors costing them even more.
