Useless Medical Aid

Good day <br> <br> I am so annoyed with your bad service.<br> I have called a few times to your office and just not getting any joy.<br> I even have emails......<br> <br> I want to know what is happening in your account department?<br> Claims are just not being paid and doctors refuse to see Samwumed Policy Holders!!<br> In January I called an Orthopedic Surgeon at Melomed Bellville to book a consultation for my husband as he was referred by ER....and the Doctor's receptionist told me: \ Sorry ma'am Doctor don't see any Samwumed Patients any longer due to non-payment of claims.\"......yet the doctor is based at a Melomed Hospital (supposed to be the preferred hospital group)<br> Not like any hospital group want to see us either!<br> <br> What I cannot fathom is that my husband pays so much money every moth for a medical aid that we just cannot use.<br> My husband need an MRI scan as he injured himself and we are being told, that his condition is not life threatening....REALLY NOW?....guess what....it's actually affecting his work as he is a driver.<br> Also I to the Gynecologist, then I must pay cash for my ultrasounds.....geez!!! <br> <br> I do hope that this time around someone will at least get back to me! "
