So many empty lies for non payment of in hospital account

Struggling to get an in hospital account paid for the past 6 months. All paperwork in order. Everytime it's one excuse after another that ain't valid. I have emails where it was said it was approved for payments, I have lots of telephonic reference no, where it was confirmed that payments will be made to service providers. Just when I do a follow up to be told another story.
