samwumed useless

i had a very bad experience with this so called samwumed.I took my wife to see a DR and she was referred to a surgeon to do a breast reduction.The surgeon had to write a motivation to the scheme to approve for the operation to take place,it was however turned down even though the DR stated the health and life risks involved with the size of my wifes breasts. i had to pay 1800 for consultation at the surgeon. i have also paid c payments at the medi clicin hospital now recently she fell pregnant and i took her to the medi clinic and i had to pay another 710 rands for admin purposes . WOW Now the amazing part is evertime we visit the gynecologist we must pay 600 rands as co payment so they say .

i tried to contact the samwumed rep to understand why is this happening but with no assistance at all. the funny part is they deduct their monthly contributions directly from my paysheet bt i have to pay extra when i visit the hospital of private doctors??

iv tried to contact the claim department several times to see if ill get refunded al the extra cash iv been paying ,but guess what its a futal exercise. this guys really dnt care abut their clients and i wnt recommend anyone to join them.
