Samwumed medical aid scheme poor service

Good day

I’m having a nightmare of experience with Samwumed, I sent in a claim for my medical while telephonically before making use of a specific speech the****** was told the claim after paying cash would be reimbursed.

I’ve been with this scheme for more than 20 years and haven’t made much cash back claims but I’ve always been met with poor service.

I’ve submitted a claim on the 11th of January 2024 and after following up every single month I was still yesterday 09 July 2024 asked to resend the *** later, after confirming for 7months telephonically that it’s been “processed” this is absolutely ridiculous service!
