Samwumed Medical Aid refusal to pay for Medical Appliances
Complaints regarding Samwumed Medical Aid refusal and non payments for Medical Appliances.An Audiologist app**** for Hearing Aids for my wife who's a beneficiary.The application was last year December 2023 and they haven't paid even today.At some point I received a message for payment of an amount of R12700 but it was never paid and we've been sent from pillar to post.I called Samwumed many times and emailed them countless times with no success.Samwumed Medical Aid Scheme is very bad for me as a customer.My wife is suffering from Hearing loss and even lost her job because of the Scheme refusal to pay whilst I pay every month.The Audiologist tried her best to call them but no success.please assist
