SAMWUMED is not effective.

My stepfather, a client of samwumed has been in netcare rehabilitation center for weeks now. He was suppose to be discharged on the 22 of February 2019. The hospital can't discharged him because SAMWUMED is not assisting with a wheelchair as requested by the specialist treating him. His MSA is depleting and SAMWUMED is not giving him a wheelchair so he can be discharged. I call and get put on hold until my airtime depletes. HELP
