Samwumed is failing me

I am a member of Samwumed for a long time now and never have I struggled so much to receive service from them. Samwumed has got a maternity programme on which you must register in order to receive a baby bag with essentials on the day of delivery. I am struggling since last year October to get registered on this programme. I keep on calling them but I never receive assistance. When I called again last week they said my Gynaecologist should register me on this programme, today my Gynaecologist called Samwumed and they said that I must call them. They've been sending me from pillar to post I am so disappointed and frustrated in the way they treat their members.
