Samwumed Call center

I have been trying to get my client who is a Medical Doctor banking details updated with the medical aid. This process was started in the beginning of the year. I have been calling them almost every day this last month and every time it's not done, I really don`t know what to do anymore they're just wasting my time and delaying to pay my client. They always say no it would be sorted give them a day or so and the never even call you back. If it not possible to have this done, then perhaps my client should stop treating the members.
