samwu med bad service

I am extremely ****ed with Samwu med. I pay thousands of rand for medical aid just to have them refuse to cover my partners chronic medication after the dr a specialist in his field gives motivation but still the tell me down right that they will not cover the meds. If I can help anyone do not chose Samwu med they are not a medical aid for the people as they claim to be.
