SAMWU Claims the worst.

Why is it so hard for Samwumed to process claims we have to pay with a smile but when you claim your money back you are met with consultants constantly speaking over you .Telling you how she cant help you if you dont have a date or amount for a claim how many claims do you have for my account .Plus claims from Pathcare have been submitted multiple times but I dont know what beef samwu has with Pathcare but its affecting me as your member and for you to tell me that your currently busy processing claims from April in the month of June is rediculous .How is that my problem.Pathcare is sending me threathening letters as a result.
