Providend Fund Claim still not process

My claim documents were submitted on the 4th of March 2015 and to date nothing has happened, they have been sending me form post to pillar saying that I dont appear on their sytem so said Nkululeko. He said He called my former employer and he was told that I never worked there. I just want to find out how long does it take for SAMWU Provident Fund to process a claim. I spoke to Yolanda mid March she told me they are making a home loan verification from Standard Bank which I dont have, I spoke to her again today and she said they are waiting for FNB home loan verification which I never had also.
