Poor Unaccepted service and ****inv people

I have joined the medical scheme on the 1st of September the said part is I am debited twice this month I have tried to lay a complain and nobody was willing to assist what nonsense is this???? If I do not get a favorable response by today I will take this matter way further and seemingly this scheme is ****ming people? I want somebody to answer to this as I'm very impatience to wait for the response. Someone must answer why I was debited twice this month
