Poor service samwumed

The medical aid need to look at the customer service rendered. My father which is a pensioner now after serving the city of cape town all his working life. He has retired with the medical aid benefit which is paid each month. The scheme receive payment from the city of cape town up and till today. Although they receive the money, my father is told his funds is exhausted. He is in need of medication which is being paid for currently cash. Yes a pensioner having to fork out money while his paying the scheme too. After months of queries i receive one of the following: directed to another department or 2 they just do not respond. So my rating all round for the scheme is no star. I would definitely not recommend the scheme to anyone and its clear that many staff in my sector are moving away from samwumed too. Shocking service!!!
