Outstanding payment

I was hospitalised last year October and samwumed has not paid my doctor a cent till today. In November when we called them they claimed to have paid. This year they claimed that they don't have account details for the doctor. And lately we just get transferred from one consultant to another with no help. I am frustrated because i need a medical report from the doctor for work purposes and she can't issue it because of the outstanding balance of R11000.
