No response from SAMWUMED

I have requested for a medical aid claims statement 6 days ago via email. I received an automated msg saying I would get a response in 3 days. Nothing has happened. I have sent a follow up email as well and still no response. I need this for Gap cover. Please respond. query number is : ***.
