Nanikie the lieying consultant from samwumed

I app**** for my medical aid in December, they started deducting my account last month to my surprise my application was was only processed on the 5 March and it's only today that I'm receiving my medical certificate and welcome letter....my application was handled by a consultant who kept lieying and lieying by the name of nanikie, she told me my application has been processed in jan, she never calls and Everytime I call she tells me more lies. I asked how is it possible that my account is debited but my application is not yet processed and she said samumed will not deduct in March to fix that mistake they will take the money they took in Feb and use it in March then start deducting in April so I'm just waiting to see if this was 1 of her lies or if they will see their mistake and fix it, il give you feedback month end
