My name is Songvei Valentyn. I have medical aid with samwumed. On the 10th of May 2024 I went for a knee operation,beforehand the samwumed scheme send me a email of a co-payment which I disputed and the samwumed representative sorted this out that there was no co-payments to be on my medical aid because of the hospital that I use in mosselbay. Now I'm getting letter of co-payments from the hospital and the anaesthesiologist. The representative does not answer my calls or messages and the scheme phoned me once shen I was unable to take the call. I send samwumed a message on Facebook and they are now saying they are trying to get hold of me I'm sitting eith my phone in hand whole day and no calls. Please assist
