Honestly their customer service incompetence in appalling. Im a service provider and im very frustrated with their service. First of all there's no separate line for service providers as with all other efficient service providers. You end up holding for over an hour. The company has not paid me for the services provided for over 6 months. I have repeatedly forwarded my banking details with no acknowledgement whatsover. When you call, and do manage to get thru their very unhelpful agents simply tell u to send another email.
