I SPOKE TO A VERY RUDE AGENT TODAY WASEEMA WHO IS SO RUDE WHO WAS BUSY TALKING WHILE I WAS ALSO SPEAKING THIS IS NOT ACCEPTED PLEASE GO AND HIRE AGENTS WHO ARE WILLING TO LISTEN TO AGENTS
