Bad service

I just called the samwumed call center and the agent i spoke to by the name of Sibongile/Sbongile dropped my call without helping me I find that very rude and I want an apology, calling your call center is a mission we hold for more than 15 minutes before an agent can answer and by the time they answer the agent drops your call or they are very rude
