Bad Service

I am quite disappointed in the service i am getting from the company. For 2 weeks I have been trying to get a hold of an operator but I never get through the lines are continuously busy. The call centre opens at 8:30 i always call at 8:45 and the line are conveniently busy. I have sent a message on Facebook as well and the admin informs me that someone called which in effect i received no call. Currently I do not know where I stand when it comes to my benefits, I cannot even make an appointment with my doctors because all the lines seem to be quite busy at the call centre. I am highly disappointed in SAMWUMED.
