Awful in emergencies

My son has severe asthma. Tonight we had a medical emergency. Because Samwumed only deals with Melomed, we literally would have to pass 5 other hospitals to get to one of the most downtrodden private hospitals in Cape Town. Gatesville Mediclinic. Literally with a child that could barely breathe. Milnerton medi clinic. Vincent Palloti. Chriatian Barnaard. Rondebosch medical clinic. N1 City hospital. All those hospitals. I am BITTERLY disapointed. Your website does not decently explain this. In fact I downloaded next years documents and still dont understand. So I can go to a Life hospital for mental illness but not asthma? Mediclinic to have my tonsils removes but not asthma??? Is this vaguely logical? It took three months for you to reply to an email!!!! Your company literally denied a procedure and a few weeks later you called to ask why didnt I go yet. How is this even sane????
