Unresolved query for over two years

Two and half years ago I went to register 12 songs with SAMRO under my company, Ntshovelo Projects and Investments. A year later I went to check the royalties as we were getting good airplay from radio stations. I was told the page with the promo song wasn't scanned and loaded into their system. It was strange, but we sought to resolve it by reloading the song. I was then told by 'Jameson' that something needed to be done overseas, which took almost a year to resolve. It was finally resolved early 2014. I was informed my query would be investigated. I kept going back to their offices, but each time I would be told different stories. Early February 2015, a lady by the name of Zama told me my company wasn't elected to start receiving royalties and that elections would be held in March. On 9 March, I went to their office. I was shocked, perturbed, appalled and upset by lies and tricks when Zama told her colleague that my company was late for March elections and that it would now be elected in June and that she had told me. How can I be late? I've wasted money promoting the song, going to SAMRO but it looks like they're only interested in playing games. They don't respond to emails.
