SAMRO payments killing the livelihood of artists
SAMRO what is the point of having the booking appointment feature if your people don't log onto the Teams Meeting during the allocated time? I then call the number in the email and I am on hold waiting to someone to pick up so I can tell them I am waiting in the Teams lobby, 10 minutes later nobody picks up, there goes my airtime. May 13 I sent an email after I was contacted by one of your agents, pertaining to my MIT SEQ 3 payment not being made. It is now July 03 and I still have no feedback beyond "we are waiting to hear from distribution. I AM STILL following up on notified works from 2023 for both R&G and MIT, NOTHING from you guys. How are we supposed to continue to be okay with this poor status quo?
