Threatening to Blacklist me
<p>I received a FINAL DEMAND in the post informing me that i owe R545.81. I have not been using my licence since 2013 and have not done any business since then. After speaking to Richard, he sent me my application form and a NON SIGNED Terms and Conditions and informed me that my application signature forms part of the Terms and Conditions which I haven't seen and apparently it is available on the website. I have not submitted any paperwork to them for almost 3 years so I'm not sure how they get to that amount.</p> <p>Absolutely disgusting as I have not signed an agreement nor have I been operating or submitting info to them since 2013, and I'm been threatened to be blacklisted. Please explain SAMRO.................</p>

I want to know why an APPLICATION FORM is deemed to be a signed contract?
You are deliberately catching your clients by doing this. You are deliberately not making contact with your client until its too late for them to terminate.
I would like an answer to these remarks.
