SAMRO cancellation complaint

I requested to cancel a license at Samro last year. I was requested to put it in writing and pay an amount. This was done and proof was mailed. This year i received another invoice. I called the same person again and she requested me to pay another amount to cancel. When i explained she requested me to email the proof and she will provide proof of the cancellation. This is almost a month ago and still no feedback.
