No invoices & No Statements - only Bills

Good day<br> <br> I have been attempting to obtain an invoice which was paid for and we requested a copy in March 2014. I have also attempted to call SAMRO several times but gave up as i was placed on hold for lengthily periods of time (10-20minutes) every time I called...<br> <br> Last week I receive a statement which looks like an in-house copy - no contact details on it, only what is due by my company and for what period. No invoice has since been received.<br> <br> I have been emailing SAMRO since 25 March 2014 - and still nothing. My VAT has been incomplete and I have been unable to claim back the VAT due to no invoice... Our copy of the invoice which was paid for in 2014, was misplaced and since March 2014 we have not been successful in obtaining a copy.
