Lack of communication

Good day

I have been messaging SAMRO for about 3 weeks. Even though it takes them not 24 hours to respond sometimes its a week only if you message them first. I have about 3 years royalties I have to claim on. I know where my music is playing thus I have sent them all the songs and on which radio stations. Upon submission I received a mail saying they can not find any works on the radion. I first phoned the woman handling my query and told her its impossible since I hear my song every morning on the local radio and I have received awards for being nr 1 on most of these stations which has playlisted it on their top 20 charts. One of these songs are the Titans theme song and it plays 20 times a match and also on television. When I did send the different spellings maybe I have not received any feedback at all. Its been a week.

In a case like this I have no problem if they do need a certain time to resolve this issue, but it is the lack of communication that makes my blood boil.
