Bad customer service

I ordered shoes from Addidas Fourways mall , I was told to sign on to an iPad and order them online as they store didn't have sizes and preferred colors.. this happened on the 24th of August and to this day I don't have the shoes or my money... went back to the store and was asked to produce my statements as according to them my order had been canceled because they couldn't confirm my details...it's 10th of September and every single time I'm given an excuse as to why I haven't received my money back... I have to now call a number I got from Google in order to get my shoes or money back... this is poor service especially because the only time I get a certain response is if I go to the store... no one bothers to communicate with me as if I didn't just loose money
