Bad customer service
I ordered shoes from Addidas Fourways mall , I was told to sign on to an iPad and order them online as they store didn't have sizes and preferred colors.. this happened on the 24th of August and to this day I don't have the shoes or my money... went back to the store and was asked to produce my statements as according to them my order had been canceled because they couldn't confirm my details...it's 10th of September and every single time I'm given an excuse as to why I haven't received my money back... I have to now call a number I got from Google in order to get my shoes or money back... this is poor service especially because the only time I get a certain response is if I go to the store... no one bothers to communicate with me as if I didn't just loose money

Poor quality samba adidas
Title: Poor Quality Adidas Samba Purchased from Superbalist I am very disappointed with the quality of the Adidas Samba shoes I purchased from Superbalist. I expected an authentic Adidas product to be durable and worth the price, but that has not been my experience. After wearing the shoes for only a short period and using them under normal conditions, they started showing signs of poor quality. This is unacceptable for a premium brand like Adidas. I contacted Superbalist because I believe the product is either defective or does not meet the quality standards customers expect. As a paying customer, I expected better quality and better value for my money. I would appreciate it if Superbalist investigated this matter and provided a fair resolution, whether that is a replacement, repair, or refund. I hope they will take responsibility and improve their quality control and customer service. I look forward to a prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.
