Worst Service ever!!!!!!

We have been waiting since August for a claim payout. Every time they have a different excuse. There is no one at head office who can assist. I have never received such poor service from a fund!!!!! Please do not use them....Today again no now the need new bank statements and it will again take 8 weeks!!!!!! Nobody notifies you nothing. a week before when we phoned everything was ok. Do these people know what they are actually doing???
