Non compliant
I'm really disappointed with SALTEB Employee Benefits after they themselves helped me to refer my Case to PFA of which it helped a lot regarding a Non compliant JC Safety and Security Group.SALTEB found that JC Safety and Security Group is non compliant as they were deducting my Providend fund ********ly.So PSSPF reconstructed everything from scratch including late payment interest which was calculated to 31 July 2026 JC never paid .Now PFA made a Determination order on 25August 2026 it's a 2 week order allowing employer to pay within a week and the fund to register me within a week that never happened todate .My Question is .Is SALTEB protecting JC Safety and Security and if so how cause they are the ones who said JC Safety and Security Group is non compliant but now I find myself between a rock and a hard surface .Is SALTEB receiving Black Woolies bags to protect JC from paying.The reason I'm saying this the 2 week order has passed and when I contact SALTEB they respond by saying I must wait for November they are also doing their determination.SALTEB was told to send a breakdown of every calculation nothing happened they are not responding to me

Hi salt employee benefits even big boss she can't even help you please pension fund act help as I send a lot of emails every 7 weeks when I ask about what hepen about my money please can you send this but I send everything from them only when six weeks pasti make follow up there tell me stories

Their service not good all I made a provident claim withdrawal on the 10th of June, today I called them to find out about the process to only hear the saddest news that my claim is not yet been process as they are waiting for confirmation of exit from previous company payroll Shockingly none of the above information was communicated to me, I doubt if the email was sent, now I spoke to Mbuseli who said I need to wait for another 8 weeks, if I did not call for follow I was gonna wait till Jesus comes back. I as well requested to change numbers to see my balance they can't even do a simple thing. MY QUESTION IS THAT WILL I GET MY MONEY CAUSE NEXT TIME I CALL I WILL BE TOLD A DIFFERENT OR SOME DOCS ARE MISSING. Officers must be aware that PSSPF is just a face Their service is ironically useful

I just experienced the most shadiest thing from Salt Employee Benefits (Pty) Ltd. This company reached out to me about a claim I needed to make for my provident fund which was beginning on January 2026. Till to date I have not received the provident fund amount that was meant to be paid out long ago. To day I do my Efilling and I am told the company has declared . How when I have not received any monies from them. I called the call center and spoke to a consultant to kindly forward me a proof of payment and was given a run around as she couldn’t find anything on their side. This is very much so ********. I am also going to forward this further. I spoke to Fikile Tshoane”***. I need answers to this ASAP. The fact that I have to be calling them hounding them to receive the IRP5 and proof of payment. HOW??

Salt provident fund service is horrible
I have app**** for my 2 pot system on the 25th of May and was told that I would receive the payment in 4 weeks. I have now called them for the past 2 and a half weeks and I keep getting told that payment should be done in 4 working days. I spend hours on the phone with no joy and it's becoming frustrating as I get promised to be called back and receive payment as still nothing
