Withdrawal Claim from SALT EMPLOYEE BENEFIT

Hi there I am having a terrible experience with Salt Employee Benefit under the transport sector my claim was submitted on 6/11/2024 till today I have not received any proper correspondence.. I call almost every week but they keep on telling me that they have not yet received my documents claiming that they are being vetted but the funny part is they asked for two supporting documents separately and I sent them Immediately but fact that those who asked for those documents they cannot be contacted its thier front office, I am really not happy at all with their services it's not upto standard...
