We struggle to contact our liaison officer

We struggle to contact our liaison officer. We are a small entity and qualify mainly to tender for small contracts and usually these contracts give very little time to submit so when we urgently need a Letter of Goodstanding the response is very poor and we almost always miss the deadline for submission. PSSPF MUST try and issue LOGS automatically and on a regular basis as a norm.
