Waiting 7 days- after 7 days from July 2023 no payment

we sent a complaint on the 30th of January and received a response from Sibusiso Mbatha on the 12th of February 2024. he requested updated banking details for a claim that was received by them in July 2023. Banking were sent on the 13th and to date, the claim is not paid. My brother has been following up every week and he gets told to check in 7 days. last week was the same thing and the 7 days are up, and again, yesterday he was told the matter has been escalated and he must wait 7 days again. Why are security companies still contributing their employees provident fund to this company who takes over 7 months to pay the claim? Why must people wait so long to get paid THEIR MONEY??? where can we report this because this is ridiculous, a claim from July last year is still not paid. Does anyone at SALT even care about these complaints that are posted and emailed to them or they just read and move on and wait 7 days to only say wait again. How long is 7 days???
