Very dissatisfied

<p>Very poor!<br />Please be so kind and assist as this is probably the 10th time that we contacted regarding the provident fund Firstly all the relevant documents was sent but before they were sent my husband spoke to a lady and was advise that a claim for Odyssey the company he was working for in 2010 and left in 2011 that he never claimed provident fund however she will in the meantime process the claim A few days later we sent the documents for Saber VIP and I spoke to a lady with the name of Monica and was advise that all is in order and pay out will be done in 15 working days. In this week of the 11 September 2017 a pay-out was done of R700 and my husband Mr ED nyl contacted the call centre again and there he was advise that the pay out of the company (Oddesey) wont be done due to that contributions has not been made by Saber Tactical&hellip;Saber tactical don&rsquo;t exist and went bankrupt as per previous employees and we can&rsquo;t trace any of the Directors that was working for the company. I spoke to Dineo on the 14th of September and gave her Mr Nyls id number as well as his phone number and she promised that she will phone him back ,,,still today we he did not receive a call,,,  How do we go about getting the funds that is liable to him to be paid out cause Saber Tactical don&rsquo;t exist anymore  Why is it when we phone its always different outcome from the previous days</p>
