Very Disappointed
as I write this review , I still haven't been assisted to this day from February 2023 , salt takes people for a ride and its not ok because we want what is due to us , you call them no answer , email them no answer , even the whatsapp portal doesn't help with anything.
I am still waiting for feedback or payment on my claim its been 5 months.

08 Jun 2023, 09:20Salt ,still waiting for the consultant to contact me , I called this morning went through to reception and guess what my call was cut off. Salt is really messing with people and I don't understand why when its our money that is due to us.

09 Jun 2023, 08:59as I sit and still wait for salt consultant to call me since Wednesday , all i really need to know is when my payout will be released to me ,its frustrating and upsetting to have no one in contact with us to help us and keep us up to date , May someone please contact me.
