Good day.
SALT Employee Benefits is really unprofessional. Again I had to get in contact with the NBCEI and got informed by *** that SALT still needs to upload my contributions for the month of February before they can start with my claim.
The claim has been submitted on the 13th of February 2023, and it is nearing the end of April already, and still no feedback or payouts done. It has been exactly 10 weeks since I submitted the claim.
Please, I need feedback regarding my claim. The level of service is unacceptable, because the feedback received from NBCEI tells me that the claim still has not been even processed.
