Unprofessional consultant giving lame excuses

Good day. I am completely dissapointed with Salt. I submitted my claim form on May 2018 with all needed documents, up to date january 2019 nothing had been payed into my acc. I have been doing follow up along. I was told to wait 3mnths, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1mnth up to date nothing fruitful. They keep on asking same documents again and again. How many times do i had to forward my copy of id, sars tax n# and bank confimation letter. Are you running a **** or someone is sleeping on duty. I spoke to salt consultants Nunu, Liz and..., they end up dropping phone down for me, dnt know if its how they treat their clients. Please pay what is due.
