Unpaid Provident Fund claim. It's been 4 months now
Hi, I have submitted my provident fund claim on the 19 October 2021. 4 months has past now my claim has not been paid. Whenever I call the call center I am told different stories. I was told that the claim takes only up to 3months. We are approaching the 4th month now and I have not been told the real reason why my claim is not paid. I am struggling, I have a family to take care of but this company does not seem to care.
