Unfair process
This company don't verify things before paying out money. My dad passed away 2 years back I was asked to provide a bank statement copy of ID and an affidavit from police station which I did. But to my surprise they decided to give someone the money. They said me and my younger sister we WON'T get a CENT from my father's benefits. We were depending on him while he was still alive.

I wrote a report three(3) weeks ago regarding my late father's claim. Even NOW I'm still waiting for a feedback from Salt Employee Benefits. Me and my younger sister we are still waiting for a payout. It looks like the problem won't be resolved anytime soon cause no one called to say how far are they with the investigations nothing.
